How to Take a Healthy Selfie

1. Download and print out the Healthy Selfie PDF (click here).

2. Grab a Sharpie and write down your Small Steps To Big Results health goal. Example: "Drink More Water" or "Take the Stairs"

3. Take a selfie photo with your health goal.

4. Email to info@ShapeUpHouston.org and/or Tweet, Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest the picture using #HealthySelfie,#SmallStepsBigResults, #MillionPoundChallenge, or #ShapeUpHouston.
